Refund Policy. Your payment will be refunded in full, and no work will be performed, if a conflict or potential conflict of interest is identified, or if we determine that your question cannot be answered within the scope of the service you purchased and you do not choose an expanded service. You may also request a full refund at any time before an attorney begins work on your answer or before your scheduled consultation begins. After your answer is delivered or your consultation is held, the fee is earned and non-refundable, except as required by law or the applicable rules of professional conduct. Any unused portion of a payment will be refunded upon request.
IMPORTANT: OUR SERVICE CANNOT RESPOND TO EMERGENCIES. IF YOUR MATTER IS URGENT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVE YOU AND YOU SHOULD SEEK ASSISTANCE ELSEWHERE. WE STRIVE TO RESPOND TO ALL QUESTIONS WITHIN 72 BUSINESS HOURS BUT HIGH DEMAND MAY CAUSE DELAYS.
